Fair Rep. David Cicilline played Pop Warner football in his childhood. Ceaseless Traumatic Encephalopathy has been distinguished after death in more than 200 men and young men who played football at the adolescent, university and expert level.
The Providence Journal reports Cicilline made the vow Friday at a gathering in Washington on the effect of blackouts.
